This semester has felt especially exciting for our group. We welcomed three wonderful undergraduate students into our research family, and it has been such a joy watching their enthusiasm for atmospheric chemistry grow.
One of our favorite moments this term was taking the students outside for hands on field measurements on our beautiful UTK campus. They had the opportunity to work directly with atmospheric sampling instruments, collect real time data, and see how research unfolds beyond the classroom. Their curiosity and excitement during the outdoor session reminded me why experiential learning is so valuable. I look forward to guiding them through new techniques, supporting their growth as scientists, and celebrating all the discoveries they will make this year.
