First Ambient Sampling on Campus: A Hands-On Learning Experience

We are excited to announce our first ambient aerosol sampling event on the rooftop of the Department of Physics and Astronomy! This marks a significant step in our research efforts, providing valuable real-world data from our own campus environment. During the session, students actively participated in setting up the equipment and learned how to operate the aerosol impactor, gaining hands-on experience in collecting and analyzing atmospheric particles. This practical training is a fantastic opportunity for our students to deepen their understanding of aerosol science and contribute to our ongoing research.
